He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph, Oliver, Jr., Ruby Bolton (Dave) and Janice Jordan (Ogal); his sister-in-law Joyce Denny Boulter; his nibling Kimi Sorenson; and his grandsons, Trevor Boulter and Josh Boulter.
He is survived by: his son Kirk Boulter (Cindy); his wife Janet Palmatier; and his children, Kerry (Chong Suk), Kevin (Annette), Scott (Mi Suk), Tim (Julie), Keena (Amad) and Amy (Chris). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren.
