She was predeceased by : her parents, John Hook and Evalyn Hook (Ormsbe); her husband Ira Peake; and her siblings, Forrest, Morris, Francis Hook, Dorthy Stratton and Ruth Roush.
She is survived by : her children, Keith Fox (Martinna) of Hastings, Rose Mead (Jim Holloway) of Jenison, David Fox (Maria) of Florida and Dale Fox (Georgia) of Hastings. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews.
