He is survived by: his significant other Carrie Adam; his children, Louis (Susan), Jennifer, Justin, Heather (Dan), Jesse (Ashley), Anthony (Brittany) and Deanna Vandenbroeck (Pete); his grandchildren, Kevin, Abigail, Summer, Jesse, Melaina, Elwin, Izzy, Harvey, Kooper and Adalynn; and his nieces, Kathy Berg, Sherry Shirley (Mike) and Christine Axel.
