He is survived by: his wife Beth Zakem (Gray); his children, Leah Zakem-Mutchler (Carson) and Joseph Zakem; his granddaughter Lily Mutchler; his brother Bruce Zakem; his nieces, Nicol Weiss (Mike) and Brooke Fredericks (Derek); his mother-in-law Patricia Gray; and his sister-in-law Debra Schmeising (Andrew).
