He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Tilley and Betty L. Tilley (Jessup); his siblings, Jerry Tilley (Bonnie), Michael G. Tilley and Debra Spillman; his daughter Angela; his son-in-law Robert Scofield; and his daughter Bella.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Tilley; his daughters, Shannon Bragiel (Jason) of Spokane, WA and Bonnie Ransome (Mark) of Lansing, MI; his siblings, Timothy (Betty), Cindy Moody (Jeff) of Raliegh, NC and Renee Robertson (Butch) of Raliegh, NC; his grandchildren, Matthew Tilley Zimmerman, Rebekah Scofield, Kaylee Glew, Jonathon Lethcoe, Donovan Bragiel, Bella Scofield and Makenzie Ransome; and his great grandchildren, Adora and Hadley.
