He is survived by: his wife Christine Cotant of Hastings, Michigan; his children, Chadwick James Cotant of Hastings, Michigan and Melissa Rees (Evan) of Bellevue, Michigan; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Lillian, Claire, Elijah and Grace Rees of Bellevue, Michigan; and his siblings, Ron Cotant (Jill) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Nancy Cotant Burroughs (Lou) of Delton, Amy Teunessen of Ravenna and Judy Fletcher (Scott) of Ludington, Michigan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
