She was predeceased by: her husband David Dakin; her father Gaylord; her sister Lavon Bliesener; and her granddaughter Jalae Nicole Dakin. She is survived by: her children, David Dakin II (Monica), Wade Dakin (Patti), Valeria Dakin (Dennis) and Rebecca Main-Cone (Tracy); and her siblings, Kendall Cook (Nancy) and Keith Cook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
