She is survived by: her parents, Bradley Vrooman (Lou Ann) and Martha Spatrisano-Mailand (John); her husband Jeffery Chase; her children, Kaylie Cano (Luis), Alayna Torres and Rylan Chase; her granddaughter Sophia Cano; her grandmother Beverly Mailand; her parents-in-law, Dallas and Shirley Chase; her grandfather-in-law Delores "Tillie" Kilgore; and her siblings, Jennifer Harlow (Jesse), David Vrooman (April) and Ryan Vrooman (Kristen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
