He was predeceased by: his parents, Eber Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman (Dull); and his siblings, Pat, Duane, John and Marvin.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sue Hoffman (Johnston); his daughters, Brenda Gibson (Robert Wilson) and Carol Littlejohn (William); and his grandchildren, Richard Gibson (Amy), Stacey Snook (Chris Wilson), Dakota Henion (Chrystal), Skyler Henion (Autum), Jaden Littlejohn and Kathleen Hoffman (Travis). He is also survived by his 20 great-grandchildren.
