Ruth Wicker Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Wicker of Hastings, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Wicker to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid Ruth farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Chalmer Miller and Mae Newton-Miller of Freeport; and her siblings, John Miller, Arvid Miller, Carolyn Miller-Platt and Marcia Miller-Mahler.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Wicker of Hastings; and her brother Nathan Miller (Paulette) of Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
