She is survived by: her sons, Robert and David; her husband Ralph Schalk; her daughter-in-law Gwen Stypick (Brietzke) of Alpena; her grandchildren, Todd, Scott, Justin, Nicholas, James, Casey, Alec Brietzke, Alison Resor, Kristen Cordell, Haley VanDewater and Megan MacKenzie; her stepchildren, Richard Schalk (Barbara) and Patti Marshall-Doane (Tom); and also Rev. H. F. Brietzke.
