The passing of Habib Sako (Hazel Park, Michigan) occurred on October 8, 2026. Habib, born on June 1, 1934, shared life with family, friends, and community. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ghariba Sako; and his children, Bushara Sako Koza, Imad, Zuhair, Bashar and Sarmad Sako.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the White Chapel Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
