He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Willey and Beatrice Willey; his wife Carol Willey; his children, Jackie Sloan, JoAnna Prudden (Jerry) and Janice Milligan (Dave); his grandchildren, Lynda, Jonathan and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Jacklyn and Jaylyn.
