Ruel McPherson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruel McPherson of Hazel Park, Michigan, who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin J McPherson and Dorothy Taylor (Donald); his son Ruel Kurt McPherson; and his siblings, Wayne, Richard McPherson and Juanita Payne (Stanley).

He is survived by: his spouse Gail Goldberg; his children, Daisy Ann Laird, Steven McPherson (Lisa Schlagel), Eric Dean McPherson and Heather McPherson; his grandchildren, Joseph, David, Madeline Laird, Laura, Rebecca McPherson, Eric, Breana McPherson and Daniel Viars; and his great grandchildren, Orin, Oliver, Hunter, Kyia, Camden, Jameson and Dawson.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Catholic Central Wrestling Booster Club, Michigan Wrestling Club, OLHSA, Hazel Park Promise Zone would be appreciated.
