She is survived by: her children, Michael Laing, Sarah Laing and April Simpson; her grandchildren, Natalie Sanders, Joshua Roberts, Marissa Roberts, Mason Roberts, Alexander Roberts and Arica Roberts; her great grandchildren, Adalynn Sanders and Kaiden Dodd; and her siblings, Darlene Bell, Joe Whittie, Cliff Whittie and Johnny Whittie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
