He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hay and Audrey Hay (Ettenhoffer); his daughter Carrie Lynn Pribyl; and his brother Steve Hay. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Hay of Manitowoc, WI; and his siblings, Bonnie Turner, Rodney "Butch" Goodyear, Lorrie DuFour (Kim), Thomas Hay (Darlene), Luann Cuitar and Paul Hay. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
