He is survived by: his sons, Ethan (Danielle) and Wyatt Ivey (Shameka); his grandchildren, Breea, Bradley, Nethan'el and Willow; and his siblings, Gail Pavlat, Cheryl Wendricks, David Ivey (Cheri) and Joanne Beaudoin (Ed).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Judes Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
