He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Liske and Sarah Liske (Suderman); and his siblings, Donald Liske, Viola Beyer and Ferris Liske.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Beyer; his children, Kevin Liske (Karen), Pam Richardson (Paul) and Nancy Kussrow (Doug); his grandchildren, Bradley, Joel and Holly Kussrow; and his sister Jeanette Manning. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
