He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Simons and Arlene Simons (Wochholz); and his daughter Jeri Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sirks; his granddaughters, Julie, Judy and Jeri Lynn Simons; his half-sisters, Jackie Simons of California and Janette Love of California; and his sister Joanne Penseyres.
