He is survived by: his children, Timothy Monroe (Laura), Leroy Monroe (Joyce), Rhonda Deckert, Sheri Boes, Ronald Monroe Jr. (Shannon) and William Monroe; his grandchildren, Michele Monroe-Frankie, Calvin Woodworth, Jessica Woodworth, Kendra Lifer (Reese), Samantha Moreno (Aaron), Zack Woodworth, Josie Machovsky (Zach), Brandon Padgett, Jessie Monroe, Ronald "Vester" Monroe, Victoria Padgett, Zack Padgett, Trista Monroe, William Monroe and Bentley Monroe; and his siblings, Donald Monroe (Joyce), Warren Monroe and Joyce Alltop. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
