He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Flagel; his children, Katie Griffen of Howell, Erin Bindschatel (Chris) of Hessel and Corey Killingbeck (Kandice) of St. Ignace, Michigan; his siblings, Marlene Maltese of Charlevoix and Steven Griffen (Joan) of Sarasota, Florida; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Flagel of Brimley, Betty Grootendorst (Andy) of Coloma and Jean McCann of Elko; and his grandchildren, Jordyn, Julius, Alivia, Aurora, Autumn, Jillian, Savannah and Melody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
