He was predeceased by: his father Chester Kasper Jr.; and his father-in-law Donald Ogston. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kasper; his pet Sheldon; his mother Merrial Kasper; his siblings, Chester Kasper (Kathy), Stanley Kasper (Valerie) and Michelle Kennedy (Steve); his mother-in-law Barbara Ogston; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Chenard (Scott) and Joy Nelson (Todd). He is also survived by six nieces, twelve nephews, fourteen great nieces, six great nephews plus many cherished friends.
