With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Mary Christensen of Higgins Lake, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Hamblin and Opal Hamblin; her siblings, Duane Hamblin (Mary) and Janet Hale; and her daughter Christine Sayad.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Nimke (Robert) of Higgins Lake, MI and Tonja Christensen (Denny) of Higgins Lake, MI; her grandchildren, Collin Nimke (Jazmyn), Peyton Nimke, Jacob Sayad, Logan Sayad (Aurora) and Jaren Sayad; her great grandchildren, Amelia Nimke, Gabriella Nimke and Parker Nimke; her sister Dawn Meabon (Robert); her aunt Barb Larson (Ron); and her pet Pepper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
