She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Welch and Marion Welch (Wilkenson); her husband Richard Keith Toaz; and her sons, Scott Toaz and Michael Toaz.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Buchanan of Higgins Lake and Brad Toaz of Houghton Lake.
