She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Charles Crook and Bette Crook; and her brother Charles Crook (Steve). She is survived by: her children, Peter W. Whyte III of Gaylord, MI and Carolyn E. Whyte (Christy L. Revolt); the father of her children Peter Whyte II (Bill); her sister Leslie Scalise (Michael) of Clarence, NY; her nieces and nephews, Mike Crook (Shannon) of Grosse Ile, MI, Brian Crook of Trenton, MI, Alliefair Scalise-Visser (Samuel) of Roanoke, VA and Candace Scalise of Clarence, NY.; her great-nephews, Tyler Crook, Brendan Crook and Colin Crook; and her boyfriend Fred Lindroth.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Zonta Club of Gaylord, or Otsego County Animal Shelter.
