She is survived by: her daughter Diane Tralongo; her grandchildren, Katherine and Mitchell Kim; her daughters, Elizabeth Layton and Virginia Layton-Leal (Jose); her grandson Hans Leal (Michelle); her nieces, Marianne Brinker, Madelyn Sturgeon (Steve) and Ellen Brinker; her nephew William Fox; her great-nephew David Sturgeon (Amanda); and her great-nieces, Christina and Elizabeth Sturgeon.
COVID quarantines ultimately brought her to Michigan to live with, then near, her daughter, Diane.
