She was predeceased by : her mother Betty; her husband Ali Kinte; and her daughter Mia Kinte. She is survived by : her daughter Breanne Stuart (Kinte); her son-in-law Brian Stuart; her grandchildren, Courtland Kinte and Jordan Stuart; her pet Venice; her brother William "Bill"; her sister-in-law Judy Brian; and her sister Martha Brian. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
