He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Korpi (Grace Shockey) and Mary Korpi. He is survived by: his daughter Libiya Shockey Smarr (Jeremy Smarr) of Bluffton, Texas.; his grandchildren, Summer and Wyatt Smarr; and his great grandchild Koen Smarr. He is also survived by his siblings, as well as many nieces and nephews.
