She was predeceased by : her spouse Udo Salk; her parents, Daniel Kwiatkowski and Marie Green (Joseph); and her sister Patricia Debski (late Alfred). She is survived by : her sons, Dan Salk (Beth), Randy Salk (late Elaine), Curtis Salk and Raymond Fountain (Kim); her grandchildren, Brendan Salk, Madelynn Knapp (Mark), Shannon Salk, Kristen Wolf (Steve), Angie Majewski (Ken) and Lee Fountain; her great grandchildren, Chloe Radatz, Jonathan Majewski, Skylor Majewski, Wren Wolf, Shayda Wolf and Jordan Knapp; her sibling Beverly Knoche (late Dennis); and her caregiver Debbie Fisher.
