He was predeceased by : his siblings, Paul, Thelma Mackenzie and Nelson Hulings. He is survived by : his wife June; his children, Jackie Suddeth (Larry) and Andy Petty (Pam); his grandchildren, Justin (Patin), Mark (Lindsey), Larry Mitchell, Chris and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Dixie, Presley and Jayden; and his siblings, Esther Hulings, David Hulings (Robin) and Naomi Johnson (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends and extended family.

As Norm was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, memorial contributions in his honor are encouraged to go toward the Wounded Warrior Project.
