She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Leonard (Terry), Teri DeLisle (late Daryl), Debi Moore, Tom Moore (Suzanne), Tim Moore (Michelle) and Jim Moore (Joani); her sister Bettie Cummins (Gene); and her caregiver Sharon Rose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
