He was predeceased by: his parents, Shannon Dively and Evelyn Dively (Thompson); and his son Sonny. He is survived by: his wife Florine Dively (Gilbert); his children, Jeff Dively (Lisa Pena), Shelly Mason and Alecia Clapp (Steven); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Brandy, Hunter and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Ezekiel, Lawrence and Mabel; his brother Gary Dively (Peggy); and his son Mickey Peridore.
