She was predeceased by : her father Fred Purcell. She is survived by : her mother Barbara Reznick (Brooks); her husband Scott Kolasa of Hillsdale; her children, Chelsea Kolasa (Matt McLain) of Hillsdale, Kyle Kolasa (Jamie) of Hillsdale and Derek Haddix of Detroit; her grandchildren, Destinee, McKenzie, Lillian, Lilli, Mathew, Lukas, Casey, Bryce, Logan and Corbin; her siblings, Barb Robinette (Jim) and Mathew Reznick; and her daughter Amber Kolasa.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Greater Hillsdale Humane Society.
