Dale A. Shields Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale A. Shields of Hillsdale, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Shields and Dorothy Shields (Godman); his wife Nancy Anne Nelligan; his half-sister Barbara Wainwright (Colin); his stepbrother Jack Pulling (Sue); and his nieces, Debbie and Sheree.

He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Spiteri (John) of Hillsdale, Lori Jackson (Scott) of Hillsdale and Monica Shields of Maumee, Ohio; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Carpenter (Matt), Sarah Jackson (Matt Fee), Adrianna Spiteri-Dew (Daniel) and Derek Spiteri (Mary Margaret); his great grandchildren, Piper, Tatum, Camden, Blake, Dominic, Bruno, Henrietta, Marco, Nellianne and Nicolai; and his niece Denise Baker.
