David Draper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Draper of Hillsdale, Michigan, who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may David find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Draper and Eugene Draper; and his siblings, Bob Draper and Dema Matteson. He is survived by: his children, Wm Scott Sanders (Victoria), Penny Carrizales (Roberto) and Dwight Sanders-Sheats (Taryn); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Draper. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hampton Funeral Homes - Hillsdale (3380 W Carleton Rd, Hillsdale, MI 49242). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
