He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Penney and Betty Penney (Purkis). He is survived by : his wife Debbie (Iles); his children, Chad Penney (Terri), Shannon Penney and Rebecca Randolph (Chad); and his siblings, Art Penney (Dawn), Barbara Wardrop (Dan), Carol Rard and Betsy Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
