She is survived by: her children, Tabitha Puthoff (Todd), Heather Gibbs (Bobby), Jessica, Danielle Puthoff and Dale Puthoff Jr.; her sister-in-law Connie Puthoff; and her sisters, Norma Anderson and Helen Tackett. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
