He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Joanne VanHorn (Robison); his wife Diana Faye Robertson; his brothers, Alan and Craig VanHorn; and his son Michael Page.
He is survived by: his sisters, Gail VanHorn of Indianapolis and Sue Harvey of Adrian; his children, Terry Page of Hillsdale and Denise Page of Briggs, Texas; his daughter-in-law Annette Page of Battle Creek; his grandchildren, Robert Page (Ruth), Ryan Page (Tara), Jami Green (Daniel), Douglas Semmler, Lynn Smith (Jeremy), Alex Page (Megan) and Jonathan Page; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Rylie, Estella, Elissa, Wyatt, Olivia, Georgia, Baylee, Hank, Jack and Luke; his niece Nicole Gritzmaker (Matt); his nephews, David "DJ" Harvey and John Harvey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin, Brent, Trever, Jordan, Karissa, Alazae and Cameron.
