He is survived by: his wife Mary Boyer; his children, Amanda Proctor and Joe Proctor; his stepson Eric Boyer (Karen); his stepgrandchildren, Skyler and Kennedy; his brothers, Jim Proctor (Cynthia) and Jeff Proctor (Shirley); and his close friend Scott Collins.
