Paul Levack, Donald A. Levack, Harold R. Levack Jr., Catherine Ann Levack, Constance E. Adams, Theresa Schulman Bainbridge (Robert), Francis M. Foley (Andrew), Lucy C. Flynn (Earl) and Noel Hennessey (Edward); and his brothers-in-law, William Quick and Richard Corning.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Levack; his children, Jennifer Levack of South Bend, Michael Levack (Yurie) of Tempe and Brian Levack (April) of Akron, Ohio; his grandchildren, Joseph J. Levack (Allie Johnson), Paul Levack, William Levack, Evan Garrison-Levack, Christina Hetz, Andrew Levack (Danielle) and Carly Nyiri (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Alexander, Elena and Cameron; his sisters, Mary I. Quick, Nora J. Corning and D. Edwina Godek (Ronald); and his sisters-in-law, Joann Levack and Colleen Levack.
