She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Heinrich and Mary Schrader (Kivett); her husband Charles Roy Heard; her former husband Edwin Lantis; her daughter Jill Salter; and her siblings, Walter "Bud" Schrader, Ethel Strause, Florence Newcome and Jean Coluccio.
She is survived by: her children, John Lantis (Donna) of Graham, Joseph Lantis (Sandra) of Chelsea, James Lantis of Guntersville, Jane Moore (Charles) of Somerset and Jeffrey Lantis (Kelly) of Hillsdale; her son-in-law Terry Salter of Chelsea; her brothers, Donald Schrader of Chelsea and William Schrader (Lee) of Grandville; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Nofziger, Matt Schweiger, Robert Salter, Brent Lantis, Vanessa Moore, Brian Lantis, Jason Lantis, Sarah Kruzel, Amanda Salyers, Christopher Swarthout, Justice Swarthout, Scott Lantis, Heather Miller, Kelsey Dice and Kendra Gensler. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
