He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Grieder and Ilah Grieder; and his in-laws, John and Geraldine Dominique. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Grieder (Dominique); his children, Michelle Bovee (Tim) and Matt Grieder; his grandchildren, Jacob Bovee (Whitney), Brett Bovee (Hannah), Brooke Garcia (Stefan), Nate, Dylan and Kylee Grieder; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Paxon, Portlyn Bovee, Hayden, Henrix, Harlow Bovee and Luke Garcia; and his brother Richard Grieder (Dianne).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to Hospice of Lenawee.
