She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Hendrix and Mildred Hendrix (Tober); her son Jason; and her siblings, Ray Hendrix, Kevin Hendrix and Sue Deck.

She is survived by : her son Shawn Wasnich; her grandson Fletcher Wasnich; her siblings, Carol Shiltz, Jan Maxon (Kent), Tom Hendrix, Darren Hendrix and Johnny Hendrix; and the father of her child Randy Wasnich.
