He is survived by: his wife Elsie Hayward; his daughter Diane Hayward of Litchfield; his granddaughter Emma Boardman (Nathaniel) of Hillsdale; his great grandchild Otto Boardman; and his niece Julie Hepinstall Jr. (Jack) of Florida.
