She was predeceased by: her husband Alton Dale; her parents, Frances Brink and John Brink; her sister-in-law Carol Brink; her parents-in-law, Alton, Alverne Kooyers, Esther Kooyers, Lucile Kooyers, Evelyn Kalmink (Paul) and Agatha Lipke; and her brothers-in-law, Lloyd Kooyers and Larry Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Duane Kooyers (Karmen), Karen Vandervaart (Bob), Warren Kooyers (Lori) and Mark Kooyers (Michelle); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Louise Adams and Lorraine Dietz (Larry). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
