She is survived by: her husband David DeKruyter; her children, Ana, Peter and Jack; her parents, Robert Haveman and Nancy Haveman; her parents-in-law, Gordon and Joyce DeKruyter; her siblings, Jody, Dan Machiela, Ron, Beth Haveman, Tracy and Daniel Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Tim, Julie DeKruyter, Doug, Deb DeKruyter, Brad and Linda DeKruyter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
