She was predeceased by : her parents, Rudolfo Flores and Gaudalupe Hernandez; her brother Jesse Medina; and her nephew Damion Medina. She is survived by : her children, Alex Perez, Angelo Perez (Kayla), Alysa Perez and Anthony Medina; her grandchildren, Aaliyah, Angelo III, Augustine and Angelena; and her sisters, Ruby (Rene Silvas), Corinna Wolbers, Tina Flores, Reina Flores and Kelly Kovacic.
