He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Westveer and Alice Westveer (VanderVelde); his wife Janet Westveer (Parsons); his son Gene Westveer; and his sisters, Lois Bush and Helen.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Westveer (Roxanne), Tad Westveer (Sharon) and Tim Westveer (Janell); and his brother Dan Westveer (Shirley).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home (315 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423-4213). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
