She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Huis and Marion Van Huis (Slag); her husband Kenneth Strengholt; her brother James Van Huis; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Van Huis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Bultman (Howard), Jan Schouten and Lynn Streur (Paul); her grandchildren, Ashley, Keenan, Devin, Chelsey, Jazzmine, Lauren and Courtney; her great grandchildren, Abree, Josiah, Mary, Cora, Finn and Indy; her grandchildren, Ally Rodgers and Joey Rodgers; Joe and Gail Rodgers.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Park Church (614 Myrtle Ave, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
