He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie and James; his daughter Lori Leazier; and his son-in-law Jim Bruner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Leazier; his children, Doug Leazier (Renee) and Melissa Maxey (Gary); and his grandchildren, Selena (Stephen), Jacob, Matthew (Julie), Tucker, Joe (Marissa) and Mike (April). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
